Capabilities

What our crews install

One team for the lane, the cable and the rack, which means one schedule and one person answering for the result.

01 · Point of sale & payments

POS installation, replacement and payment terminal swaps

From a single counter swap to a chain-wide refresh: we stage the hardware, mount and cable the lanes, connect terminals and peripherals, run live test transactions and train the staff on shift before we leave.

Replacing an aging system? We run old and new side by side where we can, move menus, items and tax settings with you, and cut over in a single closed window so nobody trades on half a system. Our POS replacement checklist covers what to settle before install night.

  • Terminal, register and kiosk installation
  • Receipt printers, scanners, scales, cash drawers and card readers
  • Staging, imaging and asset tagging before install day
  • EMV and contactless test transactions witnessed and logged
  • Decommission, wipe and return of old hardware
  • On-shift staff walkthrough and quick-reference card

02 · Networking & cabling

Structured cabling, Wi-Fi and network builds

Cat6/6A and fiber runs, racks, patch panels, switches, firewalls and access points, installed to a labeling standard with cable test results you can keep.

We survey for coverage before quoting, so you are not paying for overlapping access points or a second visit to a dead zone.

  • Cat6, Cat6A and fiber structured cabling
  • Rack build, patch panel termination and dressing
  • Switch, router and firewall configuration
  • Predictive and on-site Wi-Fi surveys, then post-install validation
  • Cable test results for every drop
  • Low-voltage, camera and access-control cabling

Every drop is labeled and link-tested, and the results go in your handover pack.

03 · Surveys, support & rollouts

Site surveys, break-fix and multi-site programs

Before the program: a survey that captures power, data, mounting, access, parking and trading hours, so install day holds no surprises.

After it: scheduled maintenance and dispatch for the things that fail at the worst possible moment, a dead terminal on a Saturday, a switch that will not come back up, an access point knocked off its mount.

  • Pre-install site surveys with photos and measurements
  • Bill of materials and labor plan per location
  • Rollout scheduling across dozens of sites
  • Break-fix dispatch and advance hardware exchange
  • Scheduled preventive maintenance visits
  • Single point of contact and daily program reporting

Service area

Where we send crews

Our crews work out of Central New Jersey, which puts North Jersey, the Shore, the NYC metro and Philadelphia within a short drive. New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania are covered as standard, at short notice. Further out we work to a schedule rather than a radius: openings, refreshes and rollouts anywhere in the country, with the travel priced into the quote before you approve it.
