Why one team
Projects break at the hand-off
The vendor who installs the terminal rarely talks to the one who writes the reporting. These are the combinations clients ask us for most.
- New POS, connected reporting. Our crew installs the terminals and the network; our engineers connect sales, stock and accounting so each site has its numbers by morning.
- Student course plus staff training. Students take the AI course while teachers and office staff get their own AI training and a written policy.
- Assessment, then build. The assessment finds the opportunity and the same engineers build it, with nobody re-briefed halfway through.
Before you call
The questions we are asked first
Assessments and discovery are a fixed fee. Builds are priced per phase against a fixed scope. Installs are quoted per site after a survey. School programs are a per-school license with training included. Support is a monthly retainer you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
A first call within a few days of your inquiry, and a written proposal usually within a week of that call. Single-site break-fix in the tri-state can be same day or next day.
Often yes, and sometimes no. The assessment is short and fixed-fee precisely so a ten-person firm can afford to find out. The wins are usually unglamorous: answering the same customer questions, reading and filing documents, drafting quotes. If nothing clears the bar, the report says so.
It stays in accounts you control. We use AI providers whose business terms exclude your data from model training, or models on your own infrastructure where the data is sensitive. PetitionLens runs its similarity search on its own server, so no case text leaves it.
