POS vendors & resellers
New customer installs, hardware replacements and on-site training for merchants you sold to remotely.
For companies outside the tri-state
Headquartered in California, Texas or anywhere else, with stores, customers or offices in New Jersey, New York or Pennsylvania, or on a rollout that runs past them? Send us the work order. We dispatch our own technicians to install, replace and fix POS, payment and network equipment, working to your process.
Who uses us
Flying a technician across the country for a two-hour terminal swap makes no sense. Neither does a marketplace contractor who has never seen your equipment. We sit in between: a local team that learns your process once and repeats it.
New customer installs, hardware replacements and on-site training for merchants you sold to remotely.
Terminal deployments, swaps and EMV or contactless upgrades, with test transactions witnessed and logged.
Store openings, refreshes and break-fix at your locations here, and on scheduled programs further out, to one standard at every site.
Hands on site for your remote team: rack and patch, swap a switch, mount access points, power-cycle and report.
On-site setup for customers of your platform who need the hardware, network and first-day training done for them.
Delivery, install, recovery and wipe of leased hardware, with serial numbers recorded at every step.
How it works
Before the first visit we learn your equipment, your checklist and your close-out requirements, and agree the rates in writing. After that, each job is a work order in and a close-out pack back.
Your brand, our hands
Our crews work your ticket, in your process, wearing nothing that confuses your customer about who they are dealing with. The close-out pack comes back the same day: photos, serials, test results and a signature.
What we do on your behalf
If it is physical, on site and involves a terminal, a register, a cable or an access point, we can usually do it. Anything unusual, we tell you before the visit, not after.
| Arrangement | Best for | Pricing |
|---|---|---|
| Per-ticket dispatch | Occasional installs, swaps and break-fix | Flat rate per job type, agreed up front |
| Rollout program | Many sites on a schedule: openings, refreshes, migrations | Fixed price per site, with a program plan |
| Ongoing coverage | A steady flow of tickets in the tri-state | Monthly agreement with response targets |
Questions from partners
New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania as standard, from our base in Central New Jersey. That includes North and Central Jersey, the Shore, New York City, Long Island, Philadelphia and the Lehigh Valley. Those are the sites we reach at short notice. For planned work we go further: give us the locations and the dates, and we schedule technicians to them anywhere in the country, with travel itemized on the quote.
Scheduled work is booked into the window you need, including nights and weekends. Break-fix targets next business day, or same day where available. Response targets for regular partners are written into the agreement.
Yes. We prefer to: it means your records stay complete. We update tickets directly or by email, and use your checklist and close-out format rather than ours.
If you want them to. Many partners prefer the merchant to see one brand, so our technicians can introduce themselves as working on your behalf and follow your customer-facing script.
Usually you ship it to the site or to us. We can receive, stage and store hardware before install day, and handle returns of old equipment afterwards. Cabling materials can be supplied by us and itemized on the quote.
Next step
Tell us the site, the equipment and the window. We will confirm a price and a date, and you will have the close-out pack the same day the work is done.
