What we do with your information

This notice explains how NeuralPath Dynamics handles information submitted through this website. We use inquiry details to respond and provide requested services, and we do not sell personal information.

What we collect

When you use the contact form or email us, you choose what to send, which may include your name, email address, organization, phone number, and a description of your inquiry. The contact form opens your email application; information is sent when you choose to send the message. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the site.

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google when a page loads. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that connection.

Why we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and arrange a call
• To prepare a proposal or quote you asked for
• To deliver and support work you have engaged us for

We do not add inquiry contacts to a marketing list or sell their personal information. We may share information with service providers that support our business, such as our email and website hosting providers, for the services they provide to us.

How long we keep it

We retain inquiries that do not become projects for up to 24 months. We retain project records for as long as needed to support the work and meet applicable legal and tax obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing syed@neuralpathdynamics.com. We reply within 30 days.

Students and schools

Student data on the AI Ninjas platform is governed by a separate data processing agreement with each school and the AI Ninjas student data policy, not by this notice.
