Tutoring centers, academies & licensees

Teach a real AI course under your own name

You have the learners, the building and the trust of local parents. What is hard to get is a credible AI curriculum and mentors who can teach it. We supply the curriculum, the platform and the training; you keep the relationship and the brand.

Three kinds of partner

Pick the one that matches what you run

These are genuinely different arrangements, not tiers of the same one. The work you do, and what you are responsible for, changes between them.

Tutoring & after-school centers

You deliver the pathway with your own mentors, in your own rooms, to your own learners. We train your mentors and keep the platform and curriculum current. You set your prices and keep the parent relationship.

Affiliates & creators

You have an audience of learners, parents or career changers. You refer them and earn on what converts. No delivery obligation, no commitment beyond a link and a kit.

Country licensees

You build a territory with exclusivity against an agreed growth schedule. This one is for established operators with a network already in place, not for a standing start.

What you get

Everything except the learners, who are yours

The point of the arrangement is that you are not reselling a login. You are delivering a program your mentors can actually teach, to a standard you can defend to a parent.

  1. The full curriculum and platform. Eight modules, 265 lessons, 54 guided labs, mastery checks and the credentialing.
  2. Mentor guides, so existing staff can deliver it: the answers, the common misconceptions and the sticking points, session by session.
  3. Partner training before launch for the people who will teach the program.
  4. Co-brandable marketing material in your language, so what you hand a parent looks like it came from you.
  5. A partner portal with enrollment and progress reporting across your cohorts.

The curriculum keeps being written and maintained by its author, which is the part a center cannot realistically do in-house and the reason this arrangement exists at all.

Delivered by your mentors

Your name on the door, our course inside

Tutoring centers, academies and country licensees run the course with their own mentors, after the same program training our school teachers take.

What we look for

We would rather have few good partners than many

A bad partnership damages the credential, and the credential is the whole product. So the filter is deliberately narrow, and we would rather say no early than unwind it later.

An existing relationship

You already have learners, or parents who trust you. Partners who plan to find an audience after signing tend not to find one.

Delivery over terms

You can run a program across several terms. A one-off holiday workshop cannot take a student through a five-level pathway, and it is not what this is for.

Local ownership

Someone on your side owns the outcome: enrollment, delivery quality and the learners who finish. We support that person; we do not replace them.

How it starts

A form, a conversation, then training

No fee to apply and no deck to sit through. The first conversation is mostly us asking about your learners and you asking how the delivery really works.

  1. Tell us what you run

The inquiry form asks for your partner type, organization, country, how many learners you reach, your website and your name. A person replies within a few days.

  2. A conversation about fit

What you deliver now, which cohorts you would start with, what you would charge, and whether the pathway suits your learners. If it does not, we say so here.

  3. Terms in writing

What you are licensed to do, what we maintain, what the territory or commission is, and what the growth schedule looks like for a licensee.

  4. Partner training, then launch

Your mentors are complete program training before the first cohort, your portal is set up, and your co-brandable material is prepared in your language.

Being straight with you

What this partnership is not

Most partner programs oversell on the way in. Here is the unflattering half, so you can rule it out quickly if it is wrong for you.

  • It is not a franchise with a territory map and a marketing machine behind it. Enrollment is your job.
  • It is not passive income for a center. Someone has to be trained, teach, and care whether learners finish.
  • It is not a short course. The pathway runs over terms, and selling it as a two-week camp will disappoint parents.
  • It is not white-label to the point of invisibility. Credentials are issued against the AI Ninjas standard, because that is what makes them verifiable.

If all four of those are fine with you, the fit is probably good.

Partner questions

What operators ask us

No. The subject knowledge sits in the lessons and the mentor guides, which carry the answers, the common misconceptions and the sticking points. Partner training prepares a mentor to run the room. This is the same design that lets a school run it with a math or science teacher.

A center partner prices for its own market, because you know what families near you pay and we do not. What you pay us, and any floor that protects other partners, is part of the written terms.

They are not published, because they differ by partner type and territory and we would rather quote you something real than post a number we would then qualify. Ask on the first call and you will get a straight answer.

Yes. The curriculum, platform and training are delivered online, and the country licensee route exists specifically for operators building a territory outside the U.S.. Marketing material is co-brandable in your language.

A school license, not a partnership: your teachers deliver it to your own students with training and reporting included, and you can start with a free one-class pilot. Colleges and training providers have their own page.

Next step

Tell us who your learners are

The application is short, and a person reads it. If the fit looks right we will book a call; if it does not, we will tell you that instead of leaving you waiting.
